Bank amends finance report
By Susan Latham Carr Staff writer Independent Bancshares Inc., the Ocala-based holding company of Independent National Bank, which is working under a consent order by its regulator, filed an amended 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2009, increasing its provision for loan losses from $471,000 to $1.086 million.
