WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Representative Jeff Miller (R-FL-01) Thursday introduced legislation creating a Gulf Opportunity Zone (GO Zone) for areas along Gulf Coast impacted by the ongoing Deepwater Horizon oil leak.
